We do not require you to register with personal information before using the website

If you proceed to engage the services of Aquapic we may obtain necessary personal details such as your name, address, e-mail and telephone number. These details are stored by Aquapic and only shared with our business partners when necessary to carry out work on your behalf e.g. to allow a landscape contractor to contact you directly during a project on your property; or to allow delivery of items directly to site.
We may use the personal information we collect about you to notify you from time to time about important new services or changes to our services or special offers we think you'll find of interest but we will do this only where you have consented, and you may unsubscribe from receiving these communications at any time by notifying us.
We will never supply your details to third parties for e.g. marketing purposes, without your consent. Should the rights of Aquapic ever be sold on to another company, your information would be transferred with these obligations to you still in place.
3. Your garden:
As part of our work for you, we may take photographs of your garden to enable us to effectively design any feature that you have requested. We may also take photographs of completed features for our portfolio. If sections of our portfolio are shared with third parties we never reveal any private details of where or who work was done for and would not do so without first obtaining your consent.
4. Other websites:
We have no control over other websites that we may have linked to, or how they might obtain information from you.
